It takes hundreds of people to pull off this event each year. We have full weekend paid positions as well as general laborer positions that require only a 3 hour commitment. If you would like to join our wonderful team, please contact us below.
The minimum commitment is 3 hours and for that you receive: FREE weekend admission. A FREE crew only T-shirt(if signed up by July 1). Invite to our staff appreciation party in Oct.

A free campsite or free merchandise can be obtained by working additional hours.
All staff gets access to a staff only section in the Shakedown forum to discuss duties, schedules, and answer any questions you have.
2016 positions available:
General Staff - could be anything from parking show cars/campers/vendors to helping with spectator admission. We have many different duties. - 3 hour commitment minimum.
Merchandise sales - Help out sales team with T-shirt and merchandise sales. Most positions do not require money handling. 3 hour shifts available, but full day, preferably full weekend commitment. Hourly pay, admission and camping space included if needed.
Grounds cleanup - Just as the title says, you will be responsible for cleanup around the EAA. The EAA does a great job of garbage collection but we need to help them. This job starts as soon as people are on the grounds and continues until the facility is in the same condition as it was when we arrived. Some shifts require Sunday and Monday after show commitment for teardown. We have both 3 hour shifts and full time positions for grounds maintenance.
This year our staff signup will be integrated with our registration system. You complete your signup, just as if you are getting admission or a campsite, but you complete it with no payment required...unless you need additional admission, camping or vending spaces on top of your staff admission.
To sign up:
FIRST - CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON THIS SITE AND/OR LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. Click on the Login menu on the very top of this page. If you don't have an account, there will be a link for you to create one. When you fill out the registration form and hit "Register", it will send you an email which you have to open and click on the link to verify your email. Once your account is turned on by this verification, you are able to log into the website and purchase registration.
NEXT - Under the ATTEND - BUY TICKETS/CAMPING/VENDING menu, there will be an option that says "Registration for 2016" Go to this page and you will see your contact information listed. At the bottom of this page, there will be a questions asking if you want to register for 2016. Click YES and it will walk you through our registration process which includes staff signup. If you want to work off a campsite or vending space, please contact us before you complete this form.
Once you are complete with your order, and click "REGISTER" You must complete the second page with payment confirmation(ONLY IF YOU ARE PURCHASING CAMPING OR ADDITIONAL PASSES, ETC) to complete your registration. If you mess up, you can do this system as many times as you need but it will ONLY charge your credit/debit card by completing the payment portion.
LAST - Verify your registration by going to ATTEND - BUY TICKETS/CAMPING/VENDING - View My Registration. It will show if you signed up for staff and your shirt size as confirmation you are on our list!
